BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY AND PRACTICE:
My grooming business is run with simplicity. When your dog has an appointment with me, rest assured, I am the only person working with your dog. I do not double book and each time slot is slated for you and your pet only. I call this, "one on one" time. This process eliminates the stress and anxiety your pet may feel being surrounded by unfamiliar animals. My joy is providing a comfortable and stress free experience for your pet and for you.
One of my successes comes from working with older "geriatric" dogs. I personally find you must have a quality about your style, technique and ability that would allow you to successfully groom a dog that isn't always comfortable being groomed and can find the grooming process somewhat agitating. And while these pets are up in age, I believe in my heart, they still demand and deserve the best quality care that a groomer can provide and my past clients appreciate that aspect of my practice. Older dogs are always loved and never forgotten at Scrub DEE Dog.
Along with geriatric care, things must come full circle and so....my other specialty is working with small breed dogs. While geriatric dogs require a skilled gentle groomer, so do small dogs. For most, this will be a first experience for our puppies that can often times be stressful for the pup. The same goes with small breed dogs. They require sensitive and delicate treatment in order to have a comfortable experience preventing resistance upon their next appointment.
From the bottom of my heart, I look forward to your business, your pets and your referrals!
