
Catering Concepts is a full service catering company providing an array of food from breakfast to after-hours, rentals, a large venue space, and professional wait /bar staff. Our team is made up of Shahriar and Kacee Vojdani, Dave Bradford, Scott Riedesel, Betty Lehr, and a team of more than 20 professional Wait Staff and Bartenders.

Shahriar (Shar) has a degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Bowling Green State University and has been in the food industry for more than 25 years, 10 years working in various capacities as Chef, restaurant, catering and Kitchen manager in some of the best-known restaurants in the country and 15 years working on the business side of food, as a Account Executive with a focus on Food Safety.
His wife, Kacee, has a Marketing and Public Relations Degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has more than 15 years experience in Sales and Marketing with a focus on event planning, marketing and promotions.
Dave Bradford – Our Senior team member and Executive Chef, previously worked as an Executive Chef for the Lodge on Whitney Mountain, Executive Sous Chef River Grill, as well as a chef for the Pinnacle Country Club.
Scott Riedesel - Our Sous Chef is a graduate of the Western Culinary Institute in Portland Oregon with more than 22 years experience in the food and beverage industry ranging from business owner to executive chef.
